CHURCH HISTORY
IN THE BEGINNING
In August of 1994, Bishop Cooper felt the Lord’s leading to begin “World Won for Christ Outreach Ministries”, a ministry that teaches biblical principles and victorious Christian living. On October 2, 1994, Bishop Cooper became the Founder and CEO of “World Won for Christ Outreach Church,” which was located at 4944-A South 83rd East Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Church opened its doors with seven members.
The Ministry experienced tremendous growth, and on July 27, 2000, World Won for Christ purchased a new building and began implementing the vision God had given Bishop Cooper. Bishop Cooper would soon rename the ministry “World Won for Christ Family Life Ministries which was located at 1125 E. 36th St. N. in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
EXPANSION
VISION FOR THE FUTURE
Once again, the ministry would be blessed to move to a larger facility located at 2121 N. Harvard in Tulsa, Oklahoma. From this location, the ministry continued the overall vision of World Won for Christ Family Life Ministries. Bishop Cooper’s vision for the future is the creation of the Campus of Ministries, to be built on our very own 10 acres of land that we were blessed to purchase. The new campus will be located in the North East section of 36th and North Harvard.
Bishop Cooper looks forward to the opportunity of helping win the lost at any cost. Pastor Cooper's motto is Getting Back into Right Relationship with God.
